No-shows, Cancellations and/or Rescheduling
We understand that you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to life events. We kindly ask that you notify us within 24-hours of your appointment time.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price. Future appointments cannot be scheduled without amending the missed or late-cancelled appointment, including missed appointments due to late arrival.
Last minute cancellations or no-shows greatly impact our service providers and other guests. We try to respect our service provider’s time as much as we try to respect yours.

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone during service. Such usage makes it difficult for your beauty specialist to perform his/her task effectively.
gift card
Glow Beauty Lounge gift cards may be used toward salon services or product purchases. Gift cards are not transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Glow Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Guest Timelines
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service price.
Product Returns/Exchanges
Once a product leaves our salon, we cannot guarantee that the product has not been tampered with. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Young Children (Under 12 years)
Safety and guest relaxation are top priority. To ensure this, children are not permitted in salon unless having service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
There are no refunds on services rendered. This includes, but not limited to allergic reactions, color choices or retention of extensions. There is no guarantee of results on any service. Results vary from client to client. In the event that you are dissatisfied, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of service. The salon manager will coordinate a corrective service to be completed within 7 days following the notification, if appropriate. As a general rule, the corrective service will be done with the original service provider.
